Description
I think it would be better to have the minimal kills setting by server instead of a global setting.
Couple different reasons for this, such as game types being different, 50 kills in L4D is much different then 50 kills in tf2 or in my case some servers are much more popular then others. So my main clan server I want the minimal kills to be higher then my modded tf2 server.

I would think doing this per game-type would be better. Servers are treated as just some log source -- not really an important object. Either way, I think this could be implemented easily on a future version.
