link to steam page from statsme

Description

would be nice to have a new row inserted to stats me page.
new row should contain steamID with the link to steam community page.

this way players can type status, click on a player from the list ( ingame.php?game=X&mode=status&server_id=X ), view the particular players statsme page ( ingame.php?mode=statsme&player=X ) and click steamID to really see who that player is
