Missing countries Flags

Description

I saw some Missing Country Flags like Serbia,montenegro ... it will be nice to add the flags .

We'll just need someone to submit those flag images to the tracker. Simply make them the same sizes as the current images and use the country code. Attach to the tracker, and we'll add to the repository for next release.

I couldn't find the original icon set to download an updated version -- where are they from?

You could replace the small images with the famfam flag icons -- the dimensions are slightly different but it's hardly noticeable, so you wouldn't need to update the css. I tried it on our install and it looks like this.

It looks like using the famfam set would add country codes for
-- Serbia (rs)
-- Timor-Leste (tl)
-- US Minor Outlying Islands (um)
-- Palestinian territory (ps)
-- Laos (la)
-- Montenegro(me)
-- Aland Islands(ax)
-- Democratic Republic of the Congo(cd)
-- (transitionally reserved for Serbia and Montenegro)(cs)
-- Federated States of Micronesia(fm)

I think the only flags that are in the current set but not the famfam set are
-- flags for expired country codes (wouldn't need these anyway)
-- global flag (attached as 0.gif)
-- Antarctica

And we'd still need large flags for the new country codes.
I just wanted to mention it as an option, anyway. :)

We had done this work in 1.7 already, but I'm not entirely sure when that will ship.

This will require one SQL change and a file name change from the package, but we'll get it in.
