Description
Since 1.6.3, the stats page shows Players 1/32 but the server is empty. I looks like the daemon dont noticed when some disconnects.

I have seen this in previous versions too (at least 1.6.2).

Which game are you seeing this on? And is it just showing 1/32 or are other counts sometimes off by 1?

I've been noticing this in TF2 these past couple days -- the player count shown under "Participating Servers" will be off, but the details list that shows players' names will be correct. Our server was empty last night, but the main stats page was showing 7/26 players in-game (in the summary) though it said"No Players" under the player details (an empty list of player names) and was tracking 0 players on the graph. Oddly, HLSW and Sourcebans were also showing 7/26 players. I waited several hours but the counts didn't update.
